Vitaly G. Savelyev
Chairman of Board of Directors
Born on 18 January 1954, in Tashkent.
Graduated from the Mechanics & Machine Building Department of the Leningrad Polytechnic. He began his professional experience at the construction of the Sayno-Shushenskaya Hydroelectric Power Station. In the 7 years of his work in Siberia, he came a long way from an engineer to Chief Designer of one of KrasnoyarskGesStroy Corporation. On completion of construction of the Sayno-Shushenskaya Hydroelectric Power Station he returned to Leningrad where he worked in the capacity of Deputy Managing Director of All-Union Group Sevzapmetallurgmontazh. In 1986, he received second higher education in the Palmiro Togliatti Engineering & Economics Institute. From 1987, worked as Deputy Head of Chief Directorate for construction of engineering facilities of Leningrad Glavleningradinzhstroy. In December, he 1988 founded and headed the Leningrad Branch of Dialog, the Soviet-American enterprise, one of USSR's first to promote computer technology and program products on the market. In 1989, he became one of the founders and members of the DialogBank Board of Directors. During 1990 to 1993 held office of the President of the Soviet-American Dialog-Invest enterprise. From 1993 to 1995 - the Chairman of Rossia Bank. In November 1995, he became the Chairman of the MENATEP SPb Bank, and in September 2001 - Deputy Chairman of OJSC Gazprom; during 2002 to 2004 - Vice President for Finance of the GROS United Company, Adviser for Finance and IT to General Director of Svyazinvest; during 2004 to 2007 - Deputy Minister for Economic Development & Trade. Since 2007 Savelyev has held office of First Vice President of OJSC Sistema JSFC, Head of Telecommunications Asset Management Division (Sistema Telecom). Holds the position of Chairman of OJSC MTS Board of Directors, a member of OJSC Sistema JSFC Management Board.
Akimenko Anatoly
Born on 12 November 1955.
In 1982, graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University: the Geography and Economics (under an individual curriculum) Departments, in 1986 - finished post graduate course at the Geography Department. Has PhD in Geography.
Till 1993, taught at the Geography and Economics Departments of the MSU.
In the early nineties was part of the RF Government Commission for cooperation with the World Bank. In the late nineties - Project Manager for reforming the regional finances in the RF. He was involved in drafting a number of the RF laws, Decrees of the President of the RF.
During 1993-1999, he worked in the Building Conglomerate of Moscow for the Russian Cement, Moscow Cement as Director for Foreign Economic Relations, Sterncement - as a Management Board member, Sternbeton - as Executive Director. Carried out a number of private projects during 1999 - 2001.
Since 2001 has held office of Vice President for new projects in Access Industries.
For the past several years, he has held positions of a member of Svyazinvest Board of Directors, a member of Bogatyr-Trans Company Supervisory Committee (Kazakhstan), a member of SUAL Compensations Committee.
Awarded medals of the Ministry of Higher Education of the USSR and CC of YCL, the USSR Academy of Sciences for scientific work, the medal '860th Anniversary of Moscow.'

Anna Goldin
Anna Goldin was born in Saint-Petersburg.
Anna Goldin graduated from the University of California, Berkley and Boalt Hall where she received her Bachelor's Degree and J.D. In 1990 she started at Latham&Watkins L.L.P., a leading international law firm, where she worked her way up from an associate in Los Angeles to a partner and then an Office Managing Partner of the Moscow office. While working in Latham&Watkins, Anna Goldin specialized in corporate finance, capital markets and M&A, and provided legal services to leading Russian and international companies in telecommunications, high-technology, oil and gas, finance and other fields. Since the year 2007 she is a Vice president and General Counsel - Head of legal complex and member of AFK Sistema Executive board.
Sergey Drozdov
Sergei Drozdov was born in 1970 in Archangelsk.
He graduated in 1993 from the S. Ordzhonikidze State Academy of Management in Economics. Mr. Drozdov was head of the Administration for Financial Innovation and Marketing at the Moscow Property Fund from 1994 to 1995.
Mr. Drozdov has been working at Sistema since 1995. He managed the Department for Development and Investments from 1995 to 1998 and from 1998 and 2002, served as Vice President, Acting President and First Vice President of Sistema-Invest.
He became a Head of the Department for Corporate property in April 2002 and was appointed Acting First Vice President in May.
In September 2002 he was appointed First Vice President of AFK Sistema. From April 2005 and up to now he holds the position of Senior Vice President - Chief of the Property Complex of AFK Sistema.
He holds a number of other senior corporate positions, mainly among group companies, including Chairman of the Boards of OJSC Reestr, CJSC Group of companies Medsi, Deputy Chairman of the Boards of Directors of OJSC MTS, member of the Board of Directors and Executive Board of AFK Sistema. Mr. Drozdov also serves on the Boards of OJSC Detsky Mir Center, CJSC SkyLink, Intourist Hotel Group, OJSC Sistema-Hals and number of other affiliated companies of AFK Sistema.

Andrey Matyukhov
Andrei Matyukhov was born on 15 June, 1973 in Togliatti.
He graduated in 1994 from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics. In 2001 МВА, London Business School. Mr. Matyukhov has been working at Sistema since 2002. At the moment he holds the position of the Director for the Portfolio Strategy Department, Strategy and Development Division of AFK Sistema, he also serves on the Boards of OJSC Detsky Mir Center, OJSC SMM, OJSC Detsky Mir, JSC Concern Radiotechnical and Information Systems.
Pridantsev Sergey Vladimirovich
Born on August 18, 1967 in Moscow.
In 1993 he graduated from the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute, and then Stanford Executive Institute (2000) and the Russian Academy of Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation (2004).
He was awarded PhD in Economics.
After graduation from the institute he headed the laboratory of transport and technological robotics of the Moscow Automobile and Roads Institute.
From 1994 to 1995 he was with Astelit - a telecommunications operator.
In January 1995 - May 1997 he was the technical adviser to Hewlett-Packard (Moscow).
In 1997 he started working for Lucent Technologies as Head of the customer service in Moscow and Moscow region, and then was appointed First Deputy CEO (Sales Director in Russia and the CIS).
From 2002 he worked for CenterTelecom OJSC as an Adviser to the Company's CEO.
From April 2003 to January 2006 he held the position of Deputy CEO -Commercial Director of CenterTelecom OJSC.

Since June 2007 he has been President of COMSTAR-UTS.
