SERGEY PRIDANTSEV
PRESIDENT, JSC COMSTAR-UTS
Born on August 18, 1967 in Moscow.
EDUCATION:
In 1993 he graduated from the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute, and then Stanford Executive Institute (2000) and the Russian Academy of Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation (2004).
He was awarded PhD in Economics.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
From 1993 he headed the laboratory of transport and technological robotics of the Moscow Automobile and Roads Institute.
From 1994 to 1995 he was with Astelit – a telecommunications operator.
In January 1995 - May 1997 he was the technical adviser to Hewlett-Packard.
In 1997 he started working for Lucent Technologies as Head of the customer service in Moscow and Moscow region, and then was appointed First Deputy CEO (Sales Director in Russia and the CIS).
From 2002 he worked for CenterTelecom OJSC as an Adviser to the Company’s CEO.
From April 2003 to January 2006 he held the position of Deputy CEO –Commercial Director of CenterTelecom OJSC.
From January 2006 to June 2007 he was CEO of CenterTelecom OJSC.
Since June 2007 he has been President of COMSTAR-UTS.
He was awarded the Medal of Ushakov for personal courage.
Presently he is Chairman of JSC COMSTAR-UTS Management Board, a member of JSC COMSTAR-UTS Board of Directors, a member of OJSC MTT Board of Directors
ALEXEY GONCHARUK
FIRST VICE PRESIDENT OF JSC COMSTAR-UTS
Born in 1965.
EDUCATION:
In 1987 he graduated from the Nakhimov Black Sea Higher Naval Academy.
In 2003 he received an MBA degree from the International University in Moscow. He is academician at the International Telecommunications Academy and the International IT Academy.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
From 1982 to 1998 he served in the Navy.
From 1998 to 2001 he held the post of Executive director at Novintel company.
In 2001 he joined the CJSC MTU-Inform Company to occupy the position of Deputy Commercial General Director.
From 2001 to 2005 – First Deputy General Director, General Director of CJSC Macomnet
From 2005 to 2006 he served as Deputy CEO for Commercial Activities at OJSC Moscow City Telephone Network.
In 2006 he became Deputy General Director for Strategy & Business Development at JSC Comstar- UTS.
From October 2006 to August 2007 - Vice-President – Operating Director, JSC COMSTAR-UTS
Since August 2007 he has been First Vice-President of JSC COMSTAR-UTS.
At present time he is a management board member at JSC Comstar-UTS, BOD member at OJSC Comstar-Direct, Golden Line, CJSC Citi-Telecom and OJSC MGTS
ALEXANDER GORBUNOV
VICE - PRESIDENT FOR STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT, JSC COMSTAR-UTS
Born in 1967.
EDUCATION:
In 1992 he graduated from Moscow State Engineering and Physics Institute ãîäó. He studied at American University located in Moscow.
In 1999 he earned MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
From 1994 to 2002 he was a consultant at Bain & Company, Moscow and Boston offices.
In 2002 he switched over to Sistema-Telecom and held the position of Head of the Department for Strategic Analysis and development.
From 2003 to 2005 he worked as the Director for Strategy, MTS.
In 2005-2006 he was the Head of the Department for Corporate Development, AFK Sistema.
From November 2006 he has been vice-president for Strategy and Development, OJSC COMSTAR – United TeleSystems.
Presently he is a member of Management Board of OJSC COMSTAR-UTS, a member of Board of Directors of OJSC Svyazinvest, a member of Board of Directors of OJSC Sibirtelecom, a member of Board of Directors of OJSC MGTS, a member of Board of Directors of OJSC MTT, a member of Board of Directors of CJSC COMSTAR-Direct, a member of Board of Directors of OJSC Intellect Telecom.
ALEXANDER KIRILLOV
VICE-PRESIDENT FOR TECHNOLOGIES, JSC COMSTAR-UTS
Born in 1956.
EDUCATION:
In 1978, he graduated from the Mari Polytechnic Institute majoring in Radio Equipment Design and Manufacture.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
From 1980, he worked for the Republican Radio & TV Broadcasting Center (RTVBC) rising from an average switchman to the Head of the RTVBC.
In 1989, he was appointed to the position of the Director of Communications Operations/Engineering Department, Mari ASSR.
In 1991, for 2 years, he was in charge of the State Communications & IT Enterprise Rossvyazinform, MASSR.
In 1993, he was elected to the position of General Director of Martelecom.
In December 2002, he was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director of OJSC VolgaTelecom/Director of the VolgaTelecom Branch in the Republic of Mariy-El.
From June 2004 to February 2006, he held the position of First Deputy General Director/Technical Director of VolgaTelecom.
In February 2006, he became the Deputy General Director/Technical Director of OJSC CenterTelecom.
Since 2007, he has been operating in the capacity of Vice-president for Technologies, JSC COMSTAR-UTS.
At present, he is a member of JSC COMSTAR-UTS Management Board.
VIKTOR KORESH
VICE-PRESIDENT FOR REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT, JSC COMSTAR-UTS
Born in 1953.
EDUCATION:
In 1976, he graduated from the Bonch-Bruevich Communications Electrotechnical Institute of Leningrad (LETIS) with qualification of ‘Telecommunications Engineer’.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
In the years to 1997, he worked for the enterprises of the Ministry of Communications.
In 1997, he took charge of the JSC Sovintel Saint Petersburg Branch.
From 2001 to April 2007, he held the position of General Director of ZAO PeterStar.
Since April 2007, he has been operating in the capacity of Vice-president for Regional Development, JSC COMSTAR-UTS.
At present, he is a member of JSC COMSTAR-UTS Management Board; Chairman of OJSC Tyumenneftegaz Board of Directors; Chairman of ZAO Kornet-AM Board of Directors; Vice-president for Regional Development of JSC COMSTAR-UTS.
IRINA MATVEEVA
VICE-PRESIDENT FOR ECONOMICS AND FINANCE, JSC COMSTAR-UTS
Born in 1973.
EDUCATION:
In 1997 she graduated from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics, with qualification as “Information systems in economics”. She has got an MBA from the Antwerp University.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
In 1995 she started working for MTU-Inform CJSC.
In 2004 she was appointed as Director for Financial planning of JSC COMSTAR-UTS.
From 10 July 2006 she took charge of Deputy CEO- Chief of Finance and Economics Division of MGTS, and after the restructuring of the Division in July 2007 she was appointed as Deputy CEO – Finance Director of OJSC MGTS.
Since October 2007 she has been Vice-President for Finance of JSC COMSTAR-UTS.
Presently she is a member of JSC COMSTAR-UTS Management Board, a BoD member of MBRD Joint Stock Commercial Bank.
SERGEY NAZAROV
VICE PRESIDENT FOR MARKETING OF JSC Comstar-UTS
Born in 1971.
EDUCATION:
In 1995 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, and later completed the post-graduate studentship at Moscow Technical University of IT and Communications.
In 2007 he graduated from the Higher School of Economics majoring in Finances and Credit. He holds a degree of PhD, technical, specializing in Telecommunication Systems, Networks and Devices.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
From 1994 he rose through the ranks from a sales support engineer in AT&T Representative Office to Deputy Sales Director in Lucent Technologies office, both in Moscow.
In 2003 he took charge of Customer Relations Department at OJSC CenterTelecom.
From January 2006 to June 13, 2007 he served as Deputy Commercial General Director at OJSC CenterTelecom.
Starting from June 2007 he is Vice President for Marketing at JSC Comstar-UTS.
At present time, he is a management board member at JSC Comstar-UTS, a BOD member at OJSC MTT and OJSC Comstar-Direct.
NIKOLAY MAKSIMENKA
GENERAL DIRECTOR, OJSC MGTS
Born on January 4, 1963 in Vitebsk.
EDUCATION:
In 1992 he graduated from the Far East Technological Institute (Vladivostok) majoring in radio engineering.
In 2004 he got his MBA in the International University (Moscow).
CAREER:
In 1991 he worked as a chief engineer at Vladivostok Toll Switch of OJSC Elektrosvyaz branch (the Primorie Territory).
In 2001 he was appointed to the position of Deputy CTO of the Primorie branch of Dalsvyaz OJSC.
From 2005 to 2006 –deputy CEO – Director of the Primorie branch of Dalsvyaz OJSC.
In January 2007 he was appointed as Adviser to CEO of Dalsvyaz OJSC.
From February 2007 – Deputy CEO – Director of Moscow branch of CenterTelecom OJSC.
In February 2008 he occupied the position of the Interim CEO of OJSC MGTS.
At present he is the CEO of OJSC MGTS.
Managed by Nikolay Maksimenka, the Moscow branch of CenterTelecom OJSC developed and launched the Anti-crisis program which enabled the company to move along the path towards higher effectiveness.
In 2003 he was awarded the grade of Master of Communication.
In 2004 he won the Best Business Achievements International Contest as the Best Top Manager (IV International Congress called «From Quality Management to Quality of Business»).
VLADIMIR MALYAVIN
GENERAL DIRECTOR, CJSC COMSTAR-DIRECT
Born in 1964.
EDUCATION:
In 1987 he graduated from the Black Sea Higher Navy Academy named after P.S. Nakhimov
He completed MBA program at the International University in Moscow, from 2001 to 2003
CAREER BACKGROUND:
In 2000 he held the position of deputy general director of CJSC Metro-Telecom
In 2006 he served as general director of CJSC Makomnet
He has been general director at CJSC COMSTAR-Direct since 2006
Presently he is a member of Board of Directors of OJSC MGTS, a member of Board of Directors OJSC COMSTAR-Direct, a member of Board of Directors of CJSC Golden Line
