In order to organize video telephony or videoconference sessions the participants must have a video telephone or a soft terminal supporting video. Video connections, including multi point videoconferencing, are established only if the calls are made to the NGN and ISDN network subscribers having video terminals. If a call is made to the subscribers whose terminal does not support video, a normal voice connection will be established between the participants.
